How can HR technology affect the level of employee happiness?
Answer for this and many other questions were searched by the students of our programme together with Ksenia Babat. Based on the results of the workshop "Experience in iimplementation of advanced HR technologies in General Electric"
On February 21 and 28, for the students of the master's program Business Psychology, within the framework of the course Modern HR Technologies, a workshop "Experience in iimplementation of advanced HR technologies in General Electric" was held.
The leader of the workshop is a graduate of the Business Psychology master programme, Ksenia Babat, a business psychologist certified by the ICF coach with 12 years of experience in HR management in international companies and work experience abroad (Germany, Turkey, Kenya, Italy).
At the moment, Ksenia is the HR manager in General Electric. The main scope of expertise - corporate culture, organizational development and talent management.
During the master class, Ksenia in an interactive format shared the features of the structure and work of the HR function in international companies and, on the example of General Electric, offered students to sort out a number of real HR cases. The students had the opportunity to be in the the role of HR managers, taking part in solving such business problems as: the introduction of new values in the organization; the development of talent in the organization; performance evaluation of employees; development of distance learning; involvement of employees and much more.
As the students noted, after the workshop, they more clearly understand the career opportunities of business psychologists, the importance of the theoretical and practical subjects studied on the program for solving HR business problems. Students received information about modern projects, technologies, tools that are used in the field of HR management in international companies.
