The master class was prepared based on the methodology of the seminars of our British colleague, a wonderful consultant, a specialist in organizational changes support Bill Mayon-White (London school of Economics, University of Westminster).

Is it possible to introduct efficiently changes in the organization without the support of the business-psychological technologies? This question was raised at workshops and in lectures of the Professor of University of Toronto Stephen Armstrong.
