Congratulations to our student

Recently, the paper of our first-year student of the master’s programme Population and Development Zhang Ruocheng 张若城 was selected to the Scientific Seminar of the Association of Chinese Postgraduates and Scientists in Russia 2018. The event was organized by the Department of Education, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Russia.

Zhang’s paper is titled ‘Legislative inaction in Macau Special Administrative Region’ and focused the phenomenon of legislative inaction in the legislative council of the Macao SAR. Zhang hopes that his analysis and argumentation can attract more attention to the issue. The paper has been also published in the journal “Basic Law Research”（ISSN:2017-0259).
