Ambassadors of the Russian Language in the World

Our student, Vazgen Khansanamyan, took a part in the educational expedition of the international volunteer program "Ambassadors of the Russian Language in the World" for the 7th time. This time he traveled to Kyrgyzstan from November 24 to December 2. The expedition was organized by the Pushkin Institute and the Kyrgyz Economic University. 

Volunteers of the program introduce foreign students to the Russian language, culture, and literature. The main goal of the program is to make the whole world fall in love with Russia.

Within the expedition, volunteers gave Russian language classes in four schools of Kochkor district. In addition, volunteers also visited the Musa Ryskulbekov Kyrgyz Economic University, where they met its rector Mr. T.Kamchybekov. The rector thanked HSE for its students’ participation in the expedition to Kyrgyzstan.

The highlight of the trip was final concerts in district schools, where children showed what they learned during a week of classes. The students got so attached to our ambassadors that even after the concert they did not want to let them go.
