Summer School on Migration, Russian Red Cross
The summer school on migration, organized by the St. Petersburg branch of the Russian Red Cross, gathered 30 enthusiastic students interested in migration processes and their impact on socio-economic, political and cultural changes in the world and modern Russia
For four days, students were given the opportunity to interact with experts, carry out practical tasks and listen to interesting and at the same time useful lectures. From the very first days, like-minded people managed to group into one very productive “think-tank”, meaning that all participants in this course had basic knowledge on migration studies.Given the fact that the participants were from different cities, new acquaintances and exchange of experience will contribute to expanding the survey of research interests in the field of migration.
