Registration for the early Master's degree Invitations at HSE

From 1st February to 31st March, HSE University will accept documents for the “Early Invitation to Admission” competition for Russian students. The early invitation competition is one of the ways that students can enlist at the master’s level, bypassing the summer admission campaign. This competition aims to facilitate and boost the certainty of highly-motivated final-year students to be enrolled in the “Population and Development” master’s educational program.

Only students in the final year of their undergraduate studies have the right to apply for participation in the competition. Just like last year, participation in the competition is based on the examination of the student’s portfolio or portfolio and the English exam. Participants can apply for the second option only if they have a valid international certificate (IELTS or TOEFL).

Participant needs to submit their portfolio with CV, motivational and 2 recommendation letters, academic achievements, research publications, and any other documents. Based on the results of the competition, the participant can receive an invitation to enroll in the program. Information about the results and winners will be published in the applicant's account no later than April 30. In the summer, during the admission campaign, the student-winners will be credited with the maximum score for the portfolio contest. The rest of the participants will receive recommendations on how to improve their portfolios, which will significantly increase their chances of enrollment.
