Similar to previous years, the second wave will opened in autumn only in case of shortage of budget places for the first wave.
We also emphasize that the presence of a master's degree diploma is not required - it is enough for students to present a certificate of education.
In case of successful admission in the spring, enrollment will be made after receiving a master's degree and presenting its original. At the same time, the graduate school administration, usually begins to form the first enrollment orders in the summer. This rule applies to undergraduates not only from the Higher School of Economics, but also from other universities.
