On 1-3 November, the Institute of ethnology and anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences held a conference “Ethnic and cultural development of regions: a youth view” where Hamitsev A.S., a student of the 4th course of a bachelor degree, and Ivanov E.A., a student of the “Politics.
