The objective of the program is to ensure the comprehensive nature of the training of masters. The program provides for the unity of educational and research processes in accordance with international training standards, it contains an integrated approach to general theoretical studies of private law, which implies the interconnection and interdependence of legal principles with the economy, social sphere, and other subsystems of society. This approach is designed to help students develop the skills of legal analysis of regulatory processes based on domestic and foreign experience based on modern methodology.
