The objective of the program is to ensure the comprehensive nature of the training of masters. The program provides for the unity of educational and research processes in accordance with international training standards, it contains an integrated approach to general theoretical studies of private law, which implies the interconnection and interdependence of legal principles with the economy, social sphere, and other subsystems of society. This approach is designed to help students develop the skills of legal analysis of regulatory processes based on domestic and foreign experience based on modern methodology. The proposed model directly determines the following methodological approaches: the availability of basic courses that combine the formulation of theoretical problems and the study of practice in key areas of private law; availability of a certain number of elective courses; the presence in the curriculum of the forms of knowledge control, which make it possible to develop such important practical skills as the preparation of expert opinions, public discussion on legal topics; · The obligatory study of foreign experience in law-making and law enforcement activities, which allows increasing the breadth of theoretical views of students and at the same time also has practical benefits.
