About the Programme

Academic supervisor of the Programme Manfred Kets de Vries, professor of the French Business school INSEAD and founder of the European Global Center of Leadership, has developed clinical (psychoanalytical) approach towards management. For more than 30 years he has been engaged in research of leadership and organizational development. He is also involved in professional business consulting in multinational corporations.

Internationally, the Programme cooperates with the French Business school INSEAD, the European School of Management and London School of Management.
