MASNA Х ‘Nuzhna pomosh’
Ksenia Babikhina and Karina Pipiya, researchers of the 'Nuzhna pomosh' charitable foundation, as well as Ivan Klimov, academic supervisor of the online master’s programme 'Applied Statistics with Network Analysis', have discussed the cooperation prospects of students project-based learning.
'Nuzhna pomosh' («Нужна помощь») is a Russian charitable foundation that aims to develop systemic charity and currently supports more than 600 NGOs. The foundation is known for its particular attention to data gathering and analysis. The experts conduct internal analytics as well as open research projects on social problems and NGOs in Russia.
As a part of the cooperation, 'Nuzhna pomosh' provides MASNA students with the opportunity to work with various datasets of the foundation and to solve its current analytical problems. The students will participate in the whole process of conducting a project – from setting and clarifying the client’s task to presenting the results and handling objections. Therefore, MASNA students will be able to develop both project-making and negotiation skills.
We look forward to successful cooperation between MASNA and 'Nuzhna pomosh' and promising projects from our future students!
