MASNA and ANR-Lab held a webinar dedicated to student research projects implemented by MASNA students as part of a project seminar.

On April 21, MASNA held a webinar ‘Student Research Projects’

Academic Supervisor of MASNA Ivan Klimov and Deputy Head of ANR-Lab Irina Pavlova talked about the features of the programme, admission process and educational components, as well as answered questions from applicants.

At the webinar, MASNA students presented research projects that they implement as a part of the training program. Students are particularly interested in the network analysis of texts:

  • MASNA students (Lev Tsipes, Artemij Kiel, Vladimir Belolipetsky) presented their research 'Using network analysis in literature analysis on the example of Russian classical literature'.
  • MASNA students' supervisor Stanislav Pashkov and MASNA student Maxim Ivanov presented their research 'The image of economic "stresses" in news media of Slovenia and Russia: constructing a semantic network framework in R language'.
  • MASNA student Ekaterina Kibalchich presented her research 'China in Russian media'.
