Open Day 'Research and Analytics in Industry' was held on March 21
At the webinar of the online master's programme 'Data Analytics and Social Statistics', listeners learned about trend watching and social media analysis.
Tamara Shcheglova, junior research fellow at ANR-Lab and leading expert at the research agency Aventica Net.Works, spoke about the problems that can be solved using social media analysis.
Using case studies from Aventica Net.Works, Tamara demonstrated the use of trend watching, market audit and CX research methods adapted to non-survey data. The webinar presented current metrics and algorithms for working with non-survey data, and a description of the cases in which they should be used.
Irina Pavlova, deputy head of ANR-Lab, presented the most up-to-date information on admission to the master's programme 'Data Analytics and Social Statistics' before the webinar.
