Yes, any person with a university diploma (bachelor degree minimum) can apply. However, during the selection process applicants without psychological background compete with those who have diploma in psychology. In that case, a person needs to show his actual knowledge of psychology through a well-written motivation letter and research summary/project proposal. Admitted students without a psychology diploma are advised to pass a preliminary online course on social psychology.

Yes, Applied Social Psychology is a full-degree online program.
Timetable allows to work in the first half of the day (classes are usually from 18:10 till 21:00, sometimes from 14:40 till 21:00). You can look through current timetable for reference.
The competition is usually 2-3 people for one quota scholarship place. However, even applicants without a diploma in psychology receive scholarships every year, because the selection is based on the actual knowledge of psychology and research methods. This has to be shown through the motivation letter, research summary/project proposal and interview.
Yes, the applicants who didn’t receive a tuition-free quota scholarship, but still are ranked high enough are offered tuition fee discounts. Further information on tuition fee discounts can be found here.
At the Moscow center, Myasnitskaya street, near the main HSE buildings. It is an old street with beautiful architecture and plenty of places to hang out. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Red Square and the main Moscow street, Tverskaya.
Information about accomodation you can find here. But Applied Social Psychology is an online program. Our students do not need to live in Moscow.
