Our students became semifinalists of the Potanin Foundation Scholarship program

Five students of our Master’s program became semifinalists of Potanin Fellowship Program contest: Olga Kopa, Olga Abramova, Maria Drobovtseva, Adylya Amiroslanova and Eugenia Agadullina. The whole day semifinalists participated in face-to-face round competing with 2 000 candidates for a stipend.

They participated in different business role-playing games that allowed seeing such skills as ability to communicate, work in groups, make fast decisions, leadership, adapt to new situation, and organize processes.

Even participating was a great experience for me. We solved cases with real-life situations, proposed our solutions for social problems all day long! It is very important that I had the opportunity to get to know myself better through solving tasks. I will try my best to use my strength in life and to improve on my weaknesses now.

The event passed but I did not want to go away. I liked the people, organizers and games too. We did not have shouts; every person had a possibility to speak out. The process was made in the way that made us appear every time with new people and new task. I needed for participation general erudition, benevolence, logic, fast concentration. The most important were people and unique atmosphere of games. Those people whom I got to know inspire and enrapture myself even now!

This competition teaches you to be a part of one mechanism, but do not forget about yourself. It is important to be able to transform, interact with different people and to reach goals when you are limited in time.

Interesting program of second competition round where everybody could show leadership qualities, become a part of team; solve team challenges, show headpiece and ability to solve problems when you are limited in time. Generally, I was satisfied with everything. Organization was on very high level, many interesting people participated and every person tried to do his or her best.
