Congratulations to the successful completion of the defense of the dual degree graduates in Apply Social Psychology (HSE & Tilburg University)
16 students in the last week successfully defended their master theses in front of the HSE committee, graduated with two degrees – master’s degree in HSE University and Tilburg University. These students, no matter how the world situations have been changed, fruitfully finished their second year of Master study in Tilburg University (Netherlands).

There were a lot of theses practically dedicated to "New ways of working", which became popular after the outbreak of the pandemic COVID-19. Rebecca Laun explored “The relationship between New Ways of Working and Work-Related Basic Need Satisfaction, Irina Sipratova studied “The Explanatory role of Work Values on the relationship between New Ways of Working and Work Engagement”, Sheth Joshua researched “The Relationship Between New Ways of Working and Burnout: The Mediating Role of Work-Related Basic Need Satisfaction”.
