HSE University's unique applied Master's programme aims to train a new generation of sports lawyers, who are capable of working in both global and national institutions, carrying out such functions as overseeing the legal services of sports federations, clubs, leagues, and specialized government bodies.

This programme employs an integrated approach that allows students to master the sports-centered specifics of civil law, protection of intellectual rights, taxation, regulation of agency activities and employer/employee relations. A special focus is placed on the legal aspects of international sports organizations and the resolution of sports disputes, as well as the regulatory aspects affecting global and national sports competitions.
