Requirements

Applications and portfolios of foreign students are accepted till August 10th, 2025.

In order to be considered for the Master's programme "Science, Technology and Innovation Management and Policy", an applicant is required to prepare the following application package:

 

1. Obligatory documents (provide maximum 85 points)
  • Bachelor, Master or Specialist diploma with all attachments (no points are given);
  • Letter of motivation should be up to 3000 letters in English and should include the following information:

- the aims of professional development as well as  explanation of how the Master’s  programme may help you achieve your academic or career goals;
- rationale for choosing this Master’s degree programme;
- career plans after obtaining this Master’s degree;
- additional information which you believe is important for evaluating your application.

 CV should cover information on professional experience, career achievements, the stages of professional career, personal qualities. All academic achievements and professional experience should be confirmed by relevant documents (certificates, employment records, recent GMAT and etc.)

  • English language capability is assessed during the interview.

 

2. Advantageous (not obligatory) documents (provide additional 15 points)
    • Scientific works or articles, research projects;
    • Letters of recommendation (preferably in the English language);
    • Valid English language certificates (TOEFL minimum 90 points, IELTS minimum 6.5) obtained during the last 2 years);

Assessment procedure

The assessment is done by an expert committee considering the application package and the interview. Maximum 100 points are awarded.
