Requirements
Applications and portfolios are accepted from June 19 to July 25, 2024.
In order to be considered for the Master's programme "Science, Technology and Innovation Management and Policy", an applicant is required to prepare the following application package:
1. Obligatory documents (provide maximum 85 points)
- Bachelor, Master or Specialist diploma with all attachments;
- Letter of motivation (up to 3000 letters in English):
The letter should include the following information:
- The aims of professional development as well as explanation of how the Master’s programme may help you achieve your academic or career goals;
- Rationale for choosing this Master’s degree programme;
- Career plans after obtaining this Master’s degree;
- Additional information which you believe is important for evaluating your application.
- Curriculum Vitae in English, preferably using Europass standard:
CV should cover information on professional experience, career achievements, the stages of professional career, personal qualities. All academic achievements and professional experience should be confirmed by relevant documents (certificates, copies of the labor books, recent GMAT and etc.)
2. Advantageous (not obligatory) documents (provide additional 15 points)
- Overview / copies scientific published and reviewed works, articles, contributions research projects;
- Active contribution(s) to foreign language conferences/ seminars, receipt of scholarships/ grants;
- Letters of recommendation (preferably in English language);
- Valid English language certificates (TOEFL minimum 90 points, IELTS minimum 6.5 obtained during the last 2 years);
3. Assessment procedure
All applicants are interviewed in person. In exceptional cases remote interviews (Zoom) can be taken. The assessment is done by an expert committee considering the application package and the interview. Native English speakers or none-Russian native speakers are involved in the interviews to assess English language capabilities.
