Research Seminar “Traditional and modern creativity theories”

Time of social networks with its modern challenges demands deeper understanding of creativity nature as well as of different approaches for creative thinking development for individuals, teams, organizations and society.

Research Seminar “Creative in action”

The Seminar is devoted to practical aspect of creativity and how it is used in innovations. Research implemented by Manchester Business School with team-training methods known as Manchester method and its outcomes will be demonstrated during the seminar.

The Seminar will discuss a creative leader in business and other spheres, and the way creative skills influence welfare of an individual and society as a whole. The practical part of the seminar is devoted to the creativity in action and methods of stimulating creative thinking.

Tudor Rickards – Emeritus Professor of Creativity and Organizational Change at the Alliance Manchester Business School, Alex Osborn Visiting Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, the author of numerous books and articles on creativity, and the co-founder of the academic journal “Creativity and Innovation Management”. 

He  pioneered and supported the Manchester method – the system of creative and applied learning.

Tudor Rickards was one of the first researcher, who advanced TRIZ system.
