70% of Knowledge-intensive business services producers consider their work highly demanded

This is the number of companies stating that the customers are using and implementing the results of their activities in full. These are the companies engaged in network technologies business, consulting (including IT consulting) and financial audit. They also provide legal, marketing and recruiting services and manage the assets.

This data was published by HSE Institute for statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge following the results of 'Monitoring of Knowledge-intensive Business Services in Russia'. The share of companies whose clients used the services received only partially is just 12.1%. The main reasons for that are financial constraints and lack of customer competence.
