The Role of Human Capital in Professional Development

During the XX April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development held on April 9-12 in Moscow (Russia) Ekaterina Nikiforova presented the report 'The Role of Human Capital in Professional Development' jointly prepared with Nikolay Chichkanov, Veronika Belousova, Dzhamilya Abuzyarova, Yulia Lonshcikova and Zhaklin Krayushkina. 
The report was presented as part of the Session S-08 “Science and Innovation: Quantitative Estimation” of Section S “Science and Innovation” (moderators: L. Gokhberg, A. Sokolov).

Currently, the research results are being prepared for publication.
