Veronika Belousova participated in the 9th International Week 'Internet Communication Management' as a guest lecturer
As part of the 9th 'Internet Communication Management' International Week held at the University of Economics in Katowice (Poland), Veronika Belousova taught a module for the undergraduate students on the topic 'Knowledge-Intensive Business Services (KIBS) in digital era'. This module was a part of the course 'Branding and Marketing in Digital Era'.
The four major topics that Veronika Belousova discussed with students are:
- Innovation configurations and business models in KIBS;
- Disruptive technology acceptance by financial analysts;
- User experience in mobile banking;
- Technology adoption theories: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).
