Spring school “Visualization of white matter pathways: introduction to diffusion weighted imaging and Tractography”

The school was held on April 2-3.

During the spring school “Visualization of white matter pathways: introduction to diffusion weighted imaging and Tractography” lab members presented talks about physical and mathematical basis of diffusion weighted imaging, ways of data processing and different kinds of tractography. Also, it was possible to know about the anatomy of the Central nervous system and the role of the pathways of the brain in linguistic processes. During the school there were several practical workshops about diffusion data processing and data analysis, where people could practice, analyse new data and ask their questions.
