 “The Brain and Gliomas: when the connections are crucial” - is the biggest international conference devoted to gliomas in the brain


On September 24-26, a senior research scientist Anna Chrabaszcz and lab assistant Valeria Tolkacheva attended the conference “The Brain and Gliomas: when the connections are crucial”, which took place in Brescia, Italy. They presented a poster entitled “Language reorganization capacity in patients with gliomas in the frontal and temporal lobes of the left hemisphere». The poster demonstrated preliminary results of the study of naming function in patients with gliomas before and after glioma resection. The project is being carried out in collaboration with the Scientific Research Neurosurgery Institute of Nikolay Nilovich Burdenko in Moscow.
