Master class "Processing neuroimaging data in FSL"

FSL is a comprehensive library of analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging data

On August 8-9 Maria Ivanova hold a master class "Processing neuroimaging data in FSL" for lab members and told how to use the new library of analysis tools brain imaging data. Also, she taught collegues the method of morphometry. The first day seminar was devoted to voxel-based morphometry in FSL. On the second day participants of the master class learned about resting-state fMRI in FSL.
