Our lab member at the V International Luria Memorial Congress
A research assistant from the Neurolnguistics Laboratory Nikita Zmanovsky, participated in the V International Luria Memorial Congress, which took place in Yekaterinburg from October 13 to October 16, 2017. Many well-known neuropsychologists and neurolinguists gave talks at the congress, such as J. M. Glozman (Russia), T. V. Akhutina (Russia), Michael Cole (USA), Alfredo Ardila (USA).
Our stuff member presented a poster “Through the archives of A. R. Luria: development of assessment methods upon example of semantic aphasia examination” in collaboration with psychologists from Moscow state university (MSU). That work was done within the framework of the project “The archive of Alexander Luria”.
We were pleased to know that prof. Tatyna Akhutina had mentioned Svetlana Dorofeeva's work in her plenary talk. Svetlana is a research assistant at the laboratory who works on the neurolinguistic analysis of dyslexia, and she has reported a successful case of dyslexia correction in her article in Journal of Psycholinguistics.
