The Center for Language and Brain will hold an offsite lesson as part of the "University of Children" program of the Polytechnic Museum
On September 27, at the Center for Language and Brain, an offsite lesson of the "University of Children" of the Polytechnic Museum "Why do people stutter from fear?" At the lesson, pupils will try themselves in the role of neurolinguists and try to conduct experiments to find out why mistakes sometimes occur in our speech. Pupils will learn how scientists can investigate speech processing mechanisms by observing healthy people speech errors, as well as speech errors caused by brain damage. The lesson will be led by researcher Anastasia Lopukhina and research trainees Andrey Zyryanov and Olga Buivolova.
