On October 18, Anna Zhuravleva made an oral presentation The Effect of Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation on Novel Word Acquisition: Paradigm Development at the international conference Words in the World.
Anna presented a study done jointly with Svetlana Malyutina and Ekaterina Stupina. The study aimed to develop an experimental paradigm for learning new words using transcranial alternating current stimulation. This paradigm was tested in an online validation experiment, according to the results of which it can be used both in a planned experiment with the use of transcranial alternating current stimulation, and in other studies on the acquisition of new words.
