On 24-27 November, Svetlana Malyutina, Senior Research Fellow, Deputy Director of the Center for Language and Brain gave lectures and discussed cooperation with the Smolensk State University laboratory.

On 24-27 November, Svetlana Malyutina (Senior Research Fellow, Deputy Director of the Center for Language and Brain) visited the Color Lab at Smolensk State University. During the visit, Svetlana gave lectures for students majoring in Sociology and discussed collaborative projects with Yulia Griber, Director of the Color Lab. The joint research projects address color naming in aging. Color perception is known to change across the lifespan, so it is of interest to establish how these sensory changes affect the linguistic patterns of color name use.
