Vladislava Staroverova and Nina Zdorova presented at the International Workshop on Reading and Developmental Dyslexia (iWORDD) in Spain

Junior Research Fellows of the Center for Language and Brain presented their posters at the iWORDD - International Workshop on Reading and Developmental Dyslexia.

The International Workshop on Reading and Developmental Dyslexia (iWORDD) was held on June 7-9 in San-Sebastian, Donostia, Spain, organized by the Basque Center on Cognition, Brain and Language. The international event was held for the fourth time, and gathered the world-level researchers in Psycho- and Neurolinguistics, Psychology, Pedagogy and Speech Pathology.

 

Vladislava Staroverova has presented her research (co-authored with Anastasiya Lopukhina) in a poster “Perceptual Span during Silent Reading in Russian Adults and Children”.

Nina Zdorova has presented her study (co-authored Ivan Shirokov) in a poster “Pauses as a reading predictor in the standardized assessment of reading skills”.
