Practicalities
1. Visa
Foreign citizens need visa to enter Russian Federation with an exception of a limited number of visa-free countries. If you do not find your country in that list, you will need visa to attend our summer school.
An invitation from the host country is often required by consulates. We can provide you with an official invitation letter:
— for 700-800 ₽ (~12 €), if you are an EU citizen;
— for 1000+ ₽ (16 € and more) otherwise.
If you need an invitation, please email our organizing committee at neuroling.summer.school.2017@gmail.com. We kindly ask you to: 1) pay your registration fee before asking for visa invitation, 2) specify the dates of your visit and the cities you are going to stay in the initial email, 3) attach a scan of the name and photo page of your valid passport. It is strongly recommended to contact us in advance, so we can prepare the invitation in good time.
2. Dormitories
A limited number of low-rate places at HSE dormitories will be available for school participants (subject to availability). If you would like to book one of these, please contact the organizers at neuroling.summer.school.2017@gmail.com.
3. Moscow guide
We are pleased to host the School at the heart of Russia. For those of you who are visiting Moscow, we have prepared this guide where you can find helpful tips and links that will help you feel comfortable here. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful city.

4. Print a poster
You can easily print a poster in Moscow. The closest place to the School venue is Kirpitch copy center. Printing an A0 poster will usually take 15 minutes (if there is no waiting line) and the cost is about 1000 ₽
There are many other printing centers, some of them are working 24/7. See here or here (this website does not have an English version but automatic translation seems fine).
