Lecture on Google's cloud technology and machine learning capabilities by Carlo d'Asaro Biondo

On November 14th Carlo d'Asaro Biondo, President of Strategic Partnerships of Google for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), will give an open guest lecture on Google's cloud technology and machine learning capabilities.

To develop popularly-available products, to focus on users, to nurture a culture for innovation are central issues crucial for Google. Machine learning and cloud technologies bring the high tech giant a step further to a better user experience worldwide. Moreover the very same technologies enable users anywhere to start their own businesses whether large or small.

Carlo d’Asaro Biondo joined Google in 2009 as Vice Presidentmanaging operations in Southern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (SEEMEA).  In January 2015 he was appointed President EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) of Strategic Partnerships for Google being responsible for strategic development of the company. Prior to joining Google Mr. Biondo held senior managerial positions in a number of leading Internet, media and telecommunications companies (KPMG,   Unisys, AOL, Lagardere Active Media, Infopro, etc.).
