The HSE team from Moscow consisted of Ekaterina Gostyukhina, Tamilla Imanova, Marina Soboleva and Natalia Subbotina (3rd year students in Law), as well as Ksenia Kudinova (4th year). Anastasia Zakharova, a 2nd year student in the master’s programme International Trade, Finance, and Economic Integration Law, was the team coach.

The Nizhny Novgorod team included 4th year students from the Faculty of Law: Alena Stafeicheva, Pavel Chesnokov, Ekaterina Shubina, Valeria Golubeva, Fedor Lukianov, Elizaveta Yudash, and Maria Lisina. Elizaveta Shushunova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of Law and State, was responsible for coaching the team.

A student team from MSU took gold in the Russian-language version of the ICC Moot Court.

As part of the competition, the participants listened to imaginary court cases which involved the prosecutor, the defense, and the victim’s legal representative. The competition jury consisted of ICC staff and was headed by Judge Piotr Hofmański.
