On November 21, 2013, the international Russia-Brazil scientific conference ‘Right to Health and Sanitary Democracy: Bridges to Citizenship’ will take place at the HSE.

The goal of the conference is to discuss topical questions and suggestions regarding state planning and health administration for the effective realization of the human right to health in Russia and Brazil. The participants plan to discuss the outlook for developing health organizations and the economy, legal support for state and private healthcare, and high-quality healthcare management.
