XIII International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’
XIII International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ will take place on November 9 and 16, 2023. The conference organised by the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) will be held within the framework of coordinated by the HSE University the world-class Scientific Center ‘Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre’, and UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.
The conference participants will discuss the best practices of foresight studies and STI development prospects of different countries. The event will bring together renowned Russian and foreign scientists and experts.
The conference programme will feature several main sessions:

- New Methods and Best Practices of Foresight Studies

The conference will be held in a ‘hybrid’ way:
- participation on-site room 518, Myasnitskaya str., 11, Moscow
- online via the Webinar platform (the link will be sent in reply to registration).
Conference working language is English (simultaneous translation into Russian will be provided only for on-site participants in room 518).
Participation in the conference is free of charge.
