Seminar 'Retirement age as a milestone in life: the image of the desired future and the experience of planning your life'

On August 15 at 18.30 there will be an open day for the programme "Data Analytics and Social Statistics".

Academic Director of the programme Ivan Aleksandrovich Klimov and student of the programme Maria Ermolaeva will talk about how they took part in a study of the approaches of older people to planning their lives after retirement and what methods they used to conduct this study. What traits are typical of those who pay more attention to planning this period of their lives? How is a person's past experience related to this? What areas of life do pre-retirement people pay the most attention to? We will discuss these issues, as well as research methods and features of conducting sociological research, on August 15.
