Renovated Professors’ Club Opens Its Doors on Myasnitskaya
The Professors’ Club – a traditional venue for music concerts as part of the ‘Professors’ Wednesdays’ project – will now also serve as a space for relaxation and friendly gatherings of the university’s faculty members and research staff.
The professors’ hall provides a space where teachers and researchers from the university, including those who come to the building on Myasnitskaya from other HSE campuses and buildings, can relax, read a newspaper, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
Vice Rector Vladimir Samoylenko described summer renovations in Room 300 at Myasnitskaya 20, where the club is located. Improvements include upgraded flooring and walls, more comfortable seating and tables.
The Professors’ Club is open every day from 11 am until ‘the last guest’ leaves.
Hari the Robot Recommends
We created Hari the robot and named him after Hari Seldon, a character who can predict the future in the works of science fiction writer Isaac Asimov. He is based on a machine-learning model that selects news based on the behavioural metrics of HSE website users.
Don’t worry — we don’t collect any personal data for this.
