Anna Blyakhman Appointed Director of HSE Nizhny Novgorod
Anna Blyakhman has been appointed Director of HSE Nizhny Novgorod. She will be responsible for the overall administration of the campus.
Anna Blyakhman began working at HSE Nizhny Novgorod in 2004 as a teacher in the Mathematics Department, eventually becoming Deputy Director of HSE Nizhny Novgorod. In 2009, she defended her PhD thesis in the field of Economics and National Economy Management, and in 2017 she earned a Master’s degree in Management from HSE.
She is taking over from Valery Zusman who will serve as Academic Supervisor of HSE Nizhny Novgorod. Professor Zusman will be in charge of campus development programmes and will also take part in research project planning and evaluation.
Gennady Ryabov, an honorary citizen of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, has been named President of HSE Nizhny Novgorod. He will supervise the improvement of educational, research, organizational and management activities at the campus.
