- Assistance in promoting HSE University's educational programmes and events abroad, as well as informing international applicants about study opportunities, and foreign researchers, teachers and students - about academic mobility;
- Building constructive interaction with media (both international and the CIS), including advertising and creative agencies and other relevant channels;
- Development and support of digital communication channels aimed at foreign audiences;
- Managing the activities of the International Promotion Unit.
