Job responsibilities

1. Preparation of the final scientific report of the Central Research Institute of the IIEZ based on the results of the HSE Central Research Institute project in accordance with GOST – 7.32-2017 and preparation of reporting materials.

2. Registration of the results of intellectual activity (RID) created within the framework of the implementation of fundamental scientific research of the Central Research Institute of the IIEZ.

3. Preparation of a package of documents and a draft contract for conducting pilot surveys in various sectors of the economy as part of a scientific project. Preparation and transfer (Order of the Higher School of Economics dated 11/14/2024 № 6.18-01/141124-10 ) the results of the fundamental and applied scientific research of the Central Research Institute of the Institute of Economic and Social Sciences in the Repository of the Center for Transfer and Management of Socio-Economic Information of the National Research University of Higher School of Economics for deposit.

4. Updating information on the website "Market monitoring of business trends and entrepreneurial behavior in the sectors of the Russian economy" and posting methodological and information-analytical materials based on the results of regular market monitoring of the Central Research Institute of the IIEZ on the website of the Center and other resources of the Higher School of Economics.

5. Interaction with Rosstat on all issues related to the timing and quality of presentation of data from surveys of business activity in the real economy and the service sector.

6. Preparation of the section "Indicators of business activity of organizations" for all basic sectors of the economy for the statistical collection "Russia and the countries of the world".

7. Other instructions from the Center's management.

Participation in research projects, grants

Participated in the creation of the methodology and its implementation in statistical practice in Russia: a system of surveys of business trends in the real sector and the service sector within the framework of joint projects of Eurostat (TACIS), OECD and Rosstat of the Russian Federation (Statistics 2, 3, 5). Participated in the implementation of Eurostat (TACIS) projects:

- Development and implementation of the business trends survey system in the Russian Federation (1998-2000);

- to study the trends of the shadow economy based on market research data (1999); - to create a system of surveys of business activity trends in the real sector of the Russian economy (2000-2002);

- to create a system of surveys of business activity trends in the Russian service sector (2002-2004).

Participated in the development and implementation of methodological support for monitoring the business climate in the real sector and the service sector within the framework of the HSE Fundamental Research Thematic plan:

Participated in the preparation of the research paper "Development of methodology and organization of monitoring of business activity of enterprises" TK-59 according to the thematic plan of fundamental research of the Higher School of Economics for 2009;

Participated in the development and implementation of the project "Monitoring the business climate of organizations in the real sector and the service sector" TK-20.2 according to the thematic plan of fundamental research of the Higher School of Economics for 2010;

Participated in the development and implementation of the project "Formation of new approaches to measuring the business and consumer climate" TK-20 according to the thematic research plan provided for by the National Assignment of the Higher School of Economics for 2023;

Participated in the preparation and implementation of the project "A new approach to measuring the level of business uncertainty and analyzing its impact on the dynamics of economic activity of Russian businesses through the results of Rosstat market observations" of the strategic project "National Center for Scientific, Technological and Socio-Economic Forecasting", the source of financial support for which is a grant in the form of a subsidy for the implementation of the program "Priority-2030" (Agreement dated 02/22/2023 No. 075-15-2023-363);

Participated in the preparation of the research project "Development of recommendations for improving methods of forming private and generalizing consumer expectation indices in accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission (stage 2023)";
