On December 5, 2025, seminars were held by postgraduate students of the International Laboratory for Social Integration Research, Maxim Gurin and Ekaterina Dolgova.

From October 17-19, 2025, the 3rd Interdisciplinary Conference   "Studying the Deaf Community – 2025: On the Periphery of Attention"  was held at the GES-2 Community Center. It was organized with the participation of the International Laboratory for Social Integration Research. Speakers from 20 countries participating, presenting over 90 papers on the culture, languages, and experiences of the deaf community. The RDC-2025 laboratory team also presented four studies prepared over the past year. These studies focused on the social structure of deaf society, the formation of deaf identity in bilingual education based on the archives of a Moscow gymnasium, sign singing in deaf culture and its perception by deaf and hard of hearing people, and clubs as a center for the development of deaf culture.

On July 2–6, 2025,   the XVI Congress of Anthropologists and Ethnologists of Russia   (XVI KAER) was held in Perm, where staff from the International Laboratory for Social Integration Studies presented their reports. The business part of the Congress included over sixty different discussion formats - sections and round tables, where experts shared their experiences and discussed modern trends and prospects for the development of socio-cultural anthropology and ethnology.

On August 27 to 30, the 16th Conference of the European Sociological Association was held in Porto, Portugal, in which our Laboratory staff took part.

On April 13, 2024, a seminar was held by the group for the study of disability in the countries of the East of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the RAS and the group of the anthropology of disability of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the RAS, within the framework of which the staff of the IL SIR presented the preliminary results of a study under the grant of the RSF “Cultural citizenship and local solidarity: the experience of social inclusion audiences of Russian museums.»

On December 25, the employees of the International Laboratory for Social Integration Research spoke at a round table on the results of the project "It's better at home - preparation for independent living".

On October 5, 2023 the Museum "In Silence" and the International Laboratory for Social Integration Research held a discussion with students of the 10th grade of the HSE Lyceum on the possibilities of studying various aspects of inclusion and communities of people with disabilities in the museum space.

On September 11, 2023, a seminar dedicated to working with field data in the MAXQDA program was held for the research team of the project of the Russian Science Foundation "Cultural citizenship and local solidarity: the experience of Social inclusion of the audience of Russian Museums".

Three projects created with the participation of the ILSIR staff received the support of the Scientific Commission of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

On April 12, 2023, within the framework of the XXIV Yasin (April) International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development, a session "Sociocultural Potential of Museums: Identity and Local Solidarity" was held (Moderator: N. Bolshakov (ILSIR, HSE University).
