Responsibilities
- Supervising the activity of the Office for Research and Development, ensuring its work, and fulfilling tasks as defined by the Office Regulations, as well as orders and instructions of the HSE administration, and decisions of the HSE Academic Council;
- Analysing the market for research and analytical services and creating a portfolio of orders for research and development, expanding the range of potential customers and R&D topics;
- Developing and implementing measures to improve the efficiency of research departments;
- Creating and promoting HSE research and analytical products;
- Coordinating the activity of research departments in terms of research and development;
- Establishing and maintaining international relationships that contribute to the development of HSE research activity.
