Andrey Punin

Teachers and researchers from HSE University-St Petersburg took part in the 14th Global Week. This is a unique format of international academic cooperation based on one of India's leading private universities—Chitkara University. They gave lectures, master classes, seminars, and presented the results of their research and field work.

Andrey Punin, the main curator of the track 'Environment and Interior', and graduate Veronica Gareeva developed a design concept for an exposition titled 'Porcelain of the Tsars', which opened in the National Museum in Belgrade as part of the Hermitage Days event in Serbia.

In 2024, HSE University-St Petersburg will open the new educational track 'Interior Design' as part of the Master's programme 'Design'. Its curator will be Andrey Punin, artist, architect, and main curator of the Bachelor's track 'Environment and Interior'.

Andrey Punin, head curator of the Environment and Interiors profile, and Ekaterina Filipenko, lecturer at HSE Art and Design School in St Petersburg, took part in the exhibition ‘First Position. Russian Ballet’. The exhibition is open until May 21 in the Manege Central Exhibition Hall in St Petersburg.

The HSE Art and Design School in St Petersburg is launching the Summer School of Design, a new urban educational project for those interested in design and visual art. The school, which is organised with support from the government of St Petersburg, will be held online on July 4–10 and will offer first-level courses in seven design disciplines.

On August 14, the ‘Thirty Three Characters’ project, which was created by the HSE University School of Art and Design in St. Petersburg in partnerships with the ARKI Creative Workshop, will open at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall in St. Petersburg. The project combines a series of outdoor installations dedicated to the Cyrillic alphabet.
