Management of the Study Office and organization of the educational process of students:

- technical creation of programme curriculum;

- preparation of diplomas and Diploma Supplements;

- drawing up and changing students individual curricula;

- preparation of draft orders and memos related to the educational process and program implementation in the Electronic Document Management System (СЭД);

- preparation of certificates of calculation of the cost of the contract, refunds;

- signing of certificates of attendance and transcripts;

- monitoring and analysis of student progress, control over the elimination of academic arrears by students during the retake period;

- preparation of statements for teachers, work in the Electronic Statement System (СЭВ);

- prompt informing of students on educational issues via corporate e-mail and SmartLMS;

- documentary support for compulsory academic mobility of students to Kyung Hee University;

- maintaining personal files of students and archives of documents in paper form and using corporate information systems;

- counseling students on academic matters;

- interaction with other structural divisions on issues of ensuring the educational process within the framework of official powers.
