• Control over the provision of the income / expenditure part of the budget of the faculty, both from the main activity and for other types;
• Organization of activities for the conclusion of contracts and additional agreements with students within the powers of the faculty;
• Organization of work on the conclusion and support of civil law contracts;
• Organization of support and control of payment of all invoices for goods and services at the expense of the faculty;
• Interaction with HSE financial services;
• Organization of personnel work at the faculty: admission, transfer, dismissal of teaching staff, work on holding a competition of teaching staff at the faculty;
• Organization of the process of formation of individual teaching loads of teachers of the faculty;
• Responsible for the personnel reserve of the faculty;
• Coordination of additional education programs of the faculty;
• Organizational and financial support of faculty activities, preparation of documentation of strict accountability for spending cash, as well as passing reports;
• Organization and coordination of activities to support the educational process of the faculty;
• Activities to expand the material and technical base of the faculty to meet the needs and requirements of employees;
• Conducting procurement activities to meet the needs and requirements of the faculty (competitions, auctions), reporting and coordination with the relevant departments of the HSE.
