IDLab at the XII International Conference on Applied Research in Economics – iCare
October 30–31, 2025, researchers from 16 Russian and 9 foreign universities discussed the processes of internationalization in developing economies at the Perm campus of HSE University as part of the XII International Conference on Applied Research in Economics - iCare. IDLab at the XII Scientific Conference “Neighbors in Research”: summarizing the results
On the 21st of April at the Perm campus of the National Research University Higher School of Economics the XII scientific conference "Neighbors in Research" took place, which brought together many scientists from Russian and foreign universities. Researchers of the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy of the Perm campus of the National Research University Higher School of Economics actively participated in the conference - more than 10 reports were presented in 9 sections. We summarise the results and share the impressions of the participants.

IDLab researchers of the Higher School of Economics - Maria Molodchik, Anna Davii, Egor Ivanov, Nikita Matkin, Mikhail Usanin and Alexey Smirnov took part in the XXV Yasin (April) International Academic Conference. The anniversary conference was held at the Moscow campus of the Higher School of Economics on April 15-18, 2025 as part of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia program.

From 11-13 April, IDLab research assistants Matkin Nikita, Smirnov Alexey and Usanin Mikhail, who are also participants of the Academic Personnel Reserve Program, attended the retreat "Effective Strategies for Professional Development in the Academic World". From November 19 to 21, 2024, the V International Scientific and Technical Conference "Intelligent Information Systems: Theory and Practice" was held at Kursk State University. The event brought together leading scientists and experts who discussed cutting-edge developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning and intelligent data analysis.
IDLab Seminar: How Do Popular Psychologists in Russia Present the Concept of Happiness?
On November 1, an online research seminar organized by the international laboratory IDLab took place, during which research assistant Nikita Matkin presented a study on the popularity and content of videos on the topic of "happiness" among Russian psychologists. The seminar gathered students and scholars not only from Perm but also from Moscow, attracting the interest of a wide audience.
