Seminar "Client-Centricity in the Public Administration System: Standard, Mechanisms and Implementation Cases"
Experts in the field of research on current trends and standards of a client-oriented approach and their application in public institutions shared their knowledge and experience. Evgeny Styrin, Head of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration at the Higher School of Economics moderated the seminar. Gennady Stryuk, Deputy Head of the Laboratory for Research on Leadership Practices and Client-Centricity, was invited as a debater.
Article on the BRICS Governance Symposium was published
The article was published in HSE’s “Public Administration Issues” journal which includes two employees of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration – Ilya Stepanov and Ivan Makarov – among its co-authors. The article examines the studies that were presented in October 2022 on The Fifth International Symposium on Development and Governance in the BRICS.

Ilya Stepanov, a Junior Research Fellow at the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration, took part in a presentation at the Fifth Russian Economic Congress (REC-2023), held on September 11-15 in Yekaterinburg.

On March 3, 2023, the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration held a workshop on data-driven public administration. The discussion was moderated by the Head of the laboratory Evgeny Styrin and the junior researcher of the Laboratory Ilya Stepanov.

On February 17, 2023, the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration held a seminar "Efficiency of distribution of volumes of medical care in the CHI system: aspect of digitalization". The speaker was Ilya Stepanov, a junior researcher at the laboratory.
Workshop held in Lipetsk, devoted to strategic planning
On 7 October, staff from the Institute of Public Administration and Municipal Management (A. Klimenko, N. Klishch and I. Stepanov) and from the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (M. Goland) took part in the workshop “Strategic Directions in Socio-economic Development of Lipetsk Region. New Approaches and Mechanisms to Determine Points of Economic Growth”.
NRU HSE looks at monitoring the provision of public and municipal services
On 22 September the Higher School of Economics held a workshop titled 'Monitoring the Provision of Public (Municipal) Services'. The workshop brought together representatives from executive authorities from various regions of the country and research fellows from the Institute of Public and Municipal Administration of the Higher School of Economics presented reports.
Discussions focussed on organising and implementing monitoring of the quality of service provision on a regional level and shaping skills and knowledge in representatives of regional executive authorities.
