• organization of scientific visits of Russian and foreign scientists to the Center;
• filling with information the Center's web page on the HSE portal;
• control of filling in the personal pages of the Center's employees on the HSE portal;
• support of the preparation of project reporting materials
• conducting procurement procedures for the project
• preparation of contracts with legal entities and individuals concluded within the framework of the project
• control of the expenditure of Centers'  funds 
• informational support of laboratory scientists on the rules of registration of business trips, financial and substantive reports;
• solving administrative tasks in the Center's activities;
• control and management of necessary personnel processes
