- Assistance in planning, organizing, and monitoring task execution;

- Participation in the preparation of the HSU budget and monitoring its execution;

- Preparation of financial orders for HSU;

- Fulfillment of the duties of the financially responsible person of the faculty;

- Fulfillment of the duties of the person responsible for record-keeping at the faculty;

- Organizational and administrative support for the faculty's activities;

- Record-keeping using using the 1C:Document Management system;

- Preparation of draft documents (orders, letters, memos) related to the faculty's activities;

- Maintaining the existing storage system and database, as well as seeking ways to improve the existing systems at the faculty;

- Execution of current tasks assigned by the faculty's management.
