Responsibilities
- Filling the page of the HSE division with information on the HSE portal;
- Control over the expenditure of funds under the project of
the international research structural unit of the Higher School of Economics (PHOT and Mobility);
- Preparation of reporting materials ;
- Informing and advising employees of the department about the rules for business trips and related financial and substantive reports;
- Communication with USDML and other administrative divisions,
promotes their activities;
- Hiring employees of the HSE structural subdivision project, resolving issues arising during the admission process;
- Organization of regular scientific events of the structural unit;
- Conducting procurement procedures for the project of the structural division of the Higher School of Economics on time in accordance with the procurement plan;
- Preparation of contracts with legal entities and individuals concluded by
within the framework of the HSE structural unit project, control of their timely payment and submission of reporting materials to the USDML, Planning and Financial Management and other structural units;
- Control over the actual time spent by employees of the international
research structural unit of the HSE in the unit, and
promptly provides the Personnel Department with a report card containing reliable
information about the time worked and absences of employees
of the international research structural unit of the HSE.
